This isn't a normal weight loss program.
I've struggled my whole life with weight, self-worth, and self-sabotage.
At one point I'd lost a lot of weight and kept it off for a long time using the "eat right & exercise" format.
And almost every day was a struggle.
I spoke to and treated myself in a way I wouldn't ever treat another person.
I thought somehow that my value as a person was directly related to my weight or how my body looked.
When I eventually gained most of that weight back, I found my self in a pretty dark place with no idea how to "stop the madness" and "get back on track".
If you can relate (even a little) then you're in the right place.
As long as you commit to yourself & do the work, you will make big changes.
Freedom has helped me understand myself on a whole new level.
It's taught me how to make those lifestyle shifts that always seemed to be a constant struggle (or just too hard to maintain).
It's taught me how to show up for myself in ways I didn't think were possible.
Before I realized it, shifts were happening.
At some point it hit me out of nowhere just how much me (and my lifestyle) had changed.
At times it's going to feel crazy, uncertain, and even uncomfortable.
Just trust the process & stay committed to doing the work.
It'll be worth it.
